How to Enroll in Club Ed

1. Registration materials are available from Jewish Family Service  or from your child’s school office.         Click for Registration Forms
2. Complete all forms.
3. Return all forms, along with registration fee, to:                                                                                     Jewish Family Service,                                                                                                                          1485 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666
4. Club Ed staff will contact you once all completed forms and fees have been received.
